How do the booking fees work?
All plans include a small booking fee based on your tier: Starter (1.5%), Professional (1%), and Enterprise (0.5%). These fees are calculated on bookings processed through GolfTap and align our success with yours. For example, if you process €10,000 in bookings per month: Starter would pay €150, Professional €100, and Enterprise €50. Higher tiers offer lower booking fees as part of their value.
What are the setup fees?
Setup fees vary by plan: €299 for Starter, €599 for Professional, and €1,199 for Enterprise (which includes on-site training). These one-time fees cover initial configuration, data migration assistance, and training. We can waive setup fees for annual subscriptions upon request.
How does Square integration work?
Square integration is included with Professional and Enterprise plans, or available as a €299 one-time add-on for Starter plans. It provides seamless payment processing for tee times, pro shop, and membership fees, with all transactions automatically synced to your GolfTap dashboard.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Monthly plans have no contracts and can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are non-refundable but provide 11% savings.
Is there a demo or trial available?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards for all plans. Annual subscriptions can also be paid via bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
