Can members book at all our courses with one membership?
Yes. Memberships are account-level (club-wide), so one membership grants access to all your courses. If you have an East Course and West Course, members get their discount at both automatically.
What if we need custom pricing for a tournament?
Use the fee override system. You can manually adjust green fees and cart fees for any booking, with a required reason for your records. The system tracks who made the override and why - perfect for audit trails.
Do we pay per user or per member?
Neither. You pay a flat monthly subscription based on your tier (Starter/Professional/Enterprise) plus a small booking fee (0.5% - 1.5%) on completed bookings. Invite unlimited staff and members at no extra cost.
How long does setup take?
Most clubs are live within a week. Setup includes importing members, creating tee times, and customizing your portal. We provide hands-on onboarding for all plans, with on-site training included in Enterprise.
